An Applicant (or a user) agrees to comply with terms and conditions of using GSB Internet Banking as follows:
1. An Applicant must firstly use Login Name, T-Pin, and/or Password provided by GSB, later an applicant could change Login name and Password by him/herself.
2. An Applicant shall keep confidential Login Name, T-Pin, and/or Password and not disclose to any person. If an applicant enters password incorrectly more than limited time, an applicant has to contact GSB for obtaining the new Login Name, T-Pin, and/or Password.
3. An Applicant accepts that any transaction of any account conducting through GSB Internet Banking by using Login Name, T-Pin, and/or Password of an applicant referred to item no.1 shall be deemed valid, complete and binding on an Applicant without applicant's signature in any document or do any act as an evidence, except for any request by GSB or specified in this application form. An applicant also agrees to be liable for all transactions as if they had been conducted by an applicant even those acts or transactions had been done as corruption or by a third person.
4. An applicant agrees and accepts if the balance in the account of an Applicant is insufficient to proceed with any transaction and/or GSB has not received any document required for the provision of GSB Internet Banking services and/or the use of GSB Internet Banking services where the amount or credit limit exceeds the amount permitted by GSB and/or laws occur and/or GSB faces to necessity or obstruction, GSB have the right not to provide GSB Internet Banking services at that time as appropriate and an Applicant agrees to waive the right to claim for any damages occurred from such action of GSB in all respects.
5. In case of the GSB's computer systems, electrical or communication systems fail which caused GSB Internet Banking service fault or unavailable, an Applicant agrees not to claim against any liabilities, losses, expenses and other costs arising out of or in relation to the aforesaid disruption.
6. In case of using GSB Internet Banking services and/or fee collection and/or service charge for GSB Internet Banking as a result in the requirement of any debit, transfer or any other transactions to be conducted with any type of an Applicant's account, an Applicant authorized GSB to proceed with transaction for all types of Applicant's accounts opened with GSB according to terms and conditions of GSB.
7. GSB reserves its right to change or amend terms and conditions of GSB Internet Banking services and/or cancel the provision of GSB Internet Banking services to any or all applicants without notification. In that case, GSB could exercise its right to amend terms and conditions, GSB will inform an applicant by notice at branches and/or notification letter to an Applicant and/or other appropriate, except the emergency case that an amendment shall be effective without notification. If an Applicant continues using GSB Internet Banking services, an Applicant therefore agrees with those terms and conditions on service charge fees and/or amendment of service charge fees. In case of service cancellation, GSB could terminate GSB Internet Banking service as notified time and an Applicant agrees to waive the right for any compensation, damages or remuneration.
8. Any document or letter sent to an Applicant at the address and/or the office informed by an Applicant is duly acknowledged by an Applicant.
9. An applicant accepts GSB inquiring and disclosing some or all information of an Applicant known by using any service of GSB to any person and/or juristic person as appropriate without notification or permission of an Applicant.
10. In case of terminate GSB Internet Banking services, An applicant can request temporary suspension by contact GSB at 0 2299 8668, An Applicant accepts to submit copy of citizen id card and/or other official identification issued by government to GSB via fax. For termination process an applicant should contact at registration branch.
11. An applicant accepts and agrees to the regulations for using GSB Internet Banking services at the back of this terms and conditions and further amendment, including handbook and other document for using GSB Internet Banking services which may be further announced, it is counted as a part of this terms and conditions. An Applicant also agrees to comply with GSB regulations and/or law terms as well as any documents required by government agency and/or GSB.
